About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to bring their creativity, design expertise and residential construction knowledge to a role with plenty of variety and influence.
Working with our New Homes customers, you’ll guide them through the interior design and selections journey, helping turn their ideas into beautifully considered, practical homes. From colours and finishes through to fixtures and products, you’ll provide expert advice while ensuring every selection works within the home’s design, specification and budget.
You’ll work closely with our Sales, Pre-Construction, Drafting and Procurement teams, collaborate with suppliers on new products and trends, and become a trusted source of interior design expertise across the business.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who loves the creative side of interior design but also understands how good design translates into a home that can actually be built.
About you
You’re a creative and confident Interior Designer who loves working with people and gets genuine satisfaction from helping customers bring their vision for their new home to life.
You’ll have a qualification in Interior Design, Interior Decoration or a related field, along with experience in interior design or colour and product selections. Experience within residential construction or new homes would be highly regarded, as you’ll understand the importance of balancing excellent design with buildability, specifications and budget.
You’ll bring a strong eye for colour, finishes and detail, keep across current interior trends and products, and be comfortable guiding customers through what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming number of decisions.
Just as importantly, you’ll be organised, cooperative and a great communicator. You’ll enjoy building relationships with customers,
suppliers and internal teams and be someone others can rely on for knowledgeable, practical design advice.
