What you'll be doing

As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Manager to lead by example, support your team through busy service periods and help drive strong operational results while maintaining high standards across the restaurant creating an environment where both customers and team members thrive.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and bringing great energy to their work.





- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve operational and business goals
- Drive shifts and set the pace for team performance and customer experience
- Develop and lead team members, building capability for future growth
- Create memorable guest experiences that build loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain quality & high standards across food quality, cleanliness and presentation
- Ensure safety, compliance and operational excellence across every shift
- Support key business functions including rostering, labour and inventory management

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have leadership experience within QSR, pub and casual dining or another fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Enjoy coaching and developing others
- Lead from the front and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves
