Knock Recruitment is working with a well established, privately owned dental group to find an experienced Dentist for their busy Charlestown practice.

This is a genuine opportunity for a dentist looking for busy books, strong earning potential, modern digital dentistry and the backing of a growing private dental group.

The Charlestown clinic is a two chair practice currently operating with two dentists. One is a highly experienced senior clinician performing complex and surgical dentistry, including All on X, while the other has approximately 2 to 3 years of experience and has been consistently producing strong billings.

The clinic has busy patient books and is equipped with modern digital dentistry technology, including OPG, CBCT, intraoral scanners and more.

They are ideally looking for someone who can commit to 3 days per week, however they will consider 2 days for the right dentist.

For someone looking for full time hours, there is also the opportunity to potentially combine 3 days in Charlestown with 2 days at the group’s Parramatta practice.

- Sydney based dentists are welcome to apply if they can genuinely commit to travelling to Charlestown 2 to 3 days per week

- One of the group’s existing dentists currently commutes from Sydney to Charlestown

This opportunity offers many of the advantages normally associated with a larger dental group, including strong infrastructure, management support, financial stability, an in house lab and access to multiple practices, while still being part of a privately owned dental group rather than a large corporate network.

About You

We are ideally looking for a dentist with at least 2 to 3 years of clinical experience who is comfortable working independently in a busy private practice environment.

You should be confident across general dentistry, comfortable managing your own patient book and motivated by the opportunity to build strong production within a busy clinic.

Recent graduates are also welcome to apply, however this opportunity would be better suited to a confident graduate who is comfortable working with a positive level of independence and learning through observation.

The experienced clinicians within the group are happy to share their knowledge and provide exposure to more advanced dentistry, however their patient books are extremely busy. This is therefore not a position offering intensive day to day mentorship or constant supervision.

Most importantly, the group is looking for someone who wants to become part of the practice long term, ideally with a commitment of at least 2 years.
