Due to continued growth across our Resources and Ultra Heavy Haulage divisions, we are seeking applications for Pilot / Escort Vehicle Onsite (EVO) Operators to join our Pilbara team.

We are looking for both experienced, licensed Transport Pilots and entry-level candidates with a solid driving history who are eager to progress their career and gain their WA Accredited Heavy Vehicle Pilot Licence. Full on-the-job training and support will be provided by our experienced team.

Reporting to the UHH Manager, you will assist and facilitate safe, controlled heavy and oversized vehicle movements across Pilbara mine sites and road networks, ensuring all safety protocols and site procedures are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe instruction,



escorting, and guidance to heavy vehicle movements entering and operating within client sites.

- Conduct freight inspections and accurate measurements prior to transit.

- Work autonomously in remote mine site environments while maintaining constant communication.

- Assist in load restraint activities and ensure loads are secured as per Load Restraint Guide 2004.

- Utilize mobile technology, including tablet and scanner applications, for reporting and daily operations.

What We Are Looking For

- A strong, clean driving record with a minimum C-Class Driver’s Licence.

- WA Accredited Heavy Vehicle Pilot Licence (or the willingness to obtain one with our guidance).

- Proven ability to work unassisted and autonomously in remote locations.

- Excellent attention to detail and strict adherence to OH&S; standards and procedures.

- A positive, can-do attitude and a professional, tidy appearance.

- Experience with remote driving or tablet/scanner technologies is highly desirable.

Pre-Employment Requirements

- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)

- WA Driver Fatigue Management Certificate (Online)

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular Drug & Alcohol screenings

- Completion of an online pre-employment safety assessment

- Mine Site Inductions, Load Restraint training, and an MSIC card (highly regarded )
