An established residential aged care provider is seeking an experienced Nurse to enhance their team. This role offers the prospect to provide clinical leadership, support care teams and contribute to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play an important role in supporting clinical standards, staff development, quality improvement and positive resident outcomes.

What will you be doing?
You’ll provide clinical support and leadership across the service, assisting teams with assessments, care planning,
clinical decision-making and best-practice care delivery. You’ll contribute to audits, incident management, continuous improvement and staff development while ensuring residents receive compassionate, person-centred care.
We're looking for:
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Residential aged care experience
- Experience in a senior clinical, leadership or coordination role (desirable)
