Seeking a reliable and organised Rostering Coordinator to join our NDIS and Aged Care team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential opportunity to move into a full-time position.
You’ll play an important role in coordinating staff and participant rosters, ensuring shifts are appropriately covered and changes are communicated quickly and effectively.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicating with support workers, participants and management
- Comfortable making decisions when unexpected roster changes occur
- Reliable, responsive and able to work independently
- Experienced in rostering, scheduling or disability/aged care operations (desirable)
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and NDIS sector (desirable)
Scenario-Based Interview
Our interview process will include practical, scenario-based rostering questions. We want to understand how you think, prioritise and communicate when faced with the real-world challenges that come with rostering.
