About the role

The SATC are looking for a Senior Event Coordinator to play key role in delivering world-class experiences across the Santos Tour Down Under, Tasting Australia and other SATC managed events. Working across event delivery, programming, stakeholder engagement and logistics, you'll help bring some of South Australia's most iconic events to life while creating memorable experiences for teams, talent, partners and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the planning and delivery of event projects, activations and programming at the Santos Tour Down Under.

- Coordinating talent, international teams, VIP guests,



travel and accommodation logistics to ensure exceptional event experience at the Santos Tour Down Under.

- Leading the programming development & delivery for Town Square at Tasting Australia.

- Develop and manage event documentation, budgets, contracts, procurement activities and project plans.

- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, councils, partners and stakeholders to deliver successful event outcomes.

- Support the growth and ongoing success of South Australia's premier cycling and food and wine events through innovative programming and fan engagement initiatives.

About you

You're an experienced event skilled who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing complex projects together. Highly organised and relationship focused, you're equally comfortable managing logistics, coordinating stakeholders and delivering exceptional event experiences.

- Demonstrated experience in event delivery, project management and program coordination.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships at all levels.

- Experience managing talent, contractors, suppliers or large-scale event logistics.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, budget management and problem-solving skills.

- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.

This position is offered as a 5-year non-executive contract at a classification of ASO5 ($92,122 - $102,456).
