- Part-time: 3–5 days per week (Mon–Fri) — whatever fits around your uni schedule
- Pay: $38.05/hr + 12% super
- Duration: 12 months (or the length of your course if shorter)
- Locations: Strathpine

Our People and Capability department work in partnership with all areas of Council, focused on building the capacity and capability of our team members to achieve our long-term strategic and operational goals.

The Organisational Development team are looking for a student currently enrolled in a degree related to Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Human Resources to join them.

You'll be providing administrative and project support to the team and our initiative and willingness to have a go will see you gain valuable skills which will complement the theory you're learning at university.

To be eligible to be considered for this opportunity, you'll be:

- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday to Friday).
- Currently enrolled in university studies, and expected to continue to the mid 2027 or beyond
- Be undertaking studies in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Human Resources or a similar field.
