About the Opportunity

Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our valued client in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional team where your skills are valued and your contribution makes a difference. You'll enjoy a supportive work environment, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to secure ongoing employment for the right candidate.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Pay: $45-$48/hr + penalties
- Duration: Casual assignment, approximately 6 months
- ASAP start

What You'll be Doing

- Interpreting and identifying parts requirements
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing phone and email support to customers
- Assisting with inventory and stock enquiries
- Liaising with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintaining accurate records and system data
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Delivering high-quality customer service and technical support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor or similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills




- Ability to accurately identify and source parts
- Sound computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience within automotive, heavy vehicle, machinery, transport, mining or industrial sectors will be highly regarded
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
