We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by delivering great customer outcomes.

This is a 12-month fixed term position.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting Thunderbird’s customers and reseller network by delivering friendly, efficient, and reliable service.

This is a predominantly contact-centre based role where you’ll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and support the sales team with day-to-day administration.

You’ll also build robust relationships with rural resellers — many of whom are independent, family-owned businesses — helping ensure customers get the most value from Thunderbird products.

While the role is mostly office-based, there is occasional opportunity to get out and about and connect with customers and resellers in person.

You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team of three and work closely with the Customer Service Team Leader, Territory Sales team, and wider Thunderbird business.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Providing high-quality pre and post sales customer support

- Handling inbound and outbound customer and reseller calls

- Supporting rural resellers with enquiries, orders, and follow-ups

- Processing orders and completing customer administration accurately

- Supporting outbound sales activity to help deliver value to customers

- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and resellers

- Working collaboratively with sales, technical support, and operations

About You

You’re customer-focused, organised, and confident using systems. You enjoy building relationships, take pride in providing great service, and can work independently while being a strong team player.

While we are an agricultural business, you don’t need a farming or ag background to succeed — what matters most is your attitude, communication style, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence using computer systems (Excel, Word, CRM or order systems)

- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

- Passion for delivering positive customer experiences

- Agriculture or rural industry exposure is a bonus, but not essential
