We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Operations Lead who has a passion for leadership, operational excellence and delivering person-centered care across our nursing services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to support effective workforce coordination, service delivery, quality outcomes and continuous improvement across our organisation.
As our Clinical Operations Lead you will:
- Lead and Support day-today nursing operations and service delivery.
- Monitor workforce utilisation, service capacity and operational performance.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
- Drive the implementation of policies, procedures and best-practice frameworks.
- Contribute to quality improvement, risk management and audit activities.
- Build strong relationships across clinical, operational and support teams.
- Promote and support a positive accountable and collaborative workplace culture.
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within nursing, healthcare, aged care or community services.
- Strong operational and workforce management capabilities.
- Experience leading quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of clinical governance, professional nursing standards and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills and the confidence to make operational decisions while appropriately escalating clinical matters when required.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Employee including the NDIS endorsement).
- National Police Check.
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
- Ability to undertake intrastate travel as required.
