Retail First is a leading shopping centre management company, proudly managing 21 shopping centres across South East Queensland.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Service Team at Australia Fair!

As the welcoming face of Australia Fair, you will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, supporting retailers and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment.

This is a casual position, with shifts primarily rostered every second Saturday and Sunday, along with occasional weekday shifts.

Hours: Approximately 12 – 19 hours per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional, friendly and efficient service to customers, retailers and visitors.

- Respond to enquiries with empathy, accuracy and a solutions-focused approach.

- Promote centre services, facilities and retailer offers.

- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks.

- Support the Centre Management, cleaning and security teams as required.

- Help maintain a safe, welcoming and vibrant shopping workplace.

About You

- Available to work every second Saturday and Sunday, with flexibility to occasionally cover weekday shifts.





- Strong knowledge of Southport and the wider Gold Coast region.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

- Strong verbal communication and people skills.

- Confident engaging with a diverse range of people.

- Reliable, professionally presented and proactive.

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

- Competent in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
