About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead commercial estimation, client relationships, and project delivery oversight within RISE Pacific. Based at our Silverwater office (with site visits as required), this role bridges the gap between client engagement, commercial estimation, operational compliance, and site execution.

We are looking for an experienced leader coming from an industrial background—whether that's rigging, rope access, construction, height safety, or another trade. For us, hands-on practical project exposure and industry grit are far more important than formal project management qualifications.

Stepping back from direct execution to equip the highly skilled technical Team Leaders and technicians to succeed on site.

- Commercial Accuracy & Tendering: Diving into drawings and technical specs to build tight, accurate, and profitable quotes and proposals.

- Systems & Process Discipline: Using systems like SimPRO to keep projects organised, eliminating reliance on memory, informal comms, or last-minute firefighting.

- Client & Commercial Leadership: Building solid relationships with existing accounts, managing scope variations cleanly, and identifying new business opportunities.

- High Standards & ISO Compliance: Championing safety, WHS, and ISO quality frameworks so work is always executed "the right way."
