We are looking for an organised, detail focused Scheduling Assistant to join our operations team. You will support the Operations Manager to keep jobs, deliveries and people moving, so our customers get their floors on time and our crews arrive on sites that are ready for them.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule jobs and deliveries, and adjust plans when deadlines change
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and our internal teams so jobs run smoothly
- Keep accurate records of schedules, orders and deliveries
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the right team member
- Help with data entry, document preparation and general admin
- Prioritise your work to meet deadlines and support the office
About you
- Clear, friendly communication on the phone and by email
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management, and able to juggle several tasks calmly
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
- Experience in admin support, scheduling or customer service is a plus
- Year 12 or equivalent
- Happy to travel to our Sunshine Coast office from time to time
