About the role

Join our Finance team as a Group Senior Financial Accountant on a fixed-term contract through to June 2027.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on role that goes beyond traditional financial reporting. Working closely with the Group Finance Manager, you'll gain exposure across management reporting, technical accounting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial support while partnering with senior stakeholders across Australia, the UK and the US. You'll work directly with the CFO, Managing Director and Executive Team, providing insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Group Head Office accounting, month-end processes and consolidated reporting across Australia, the UK and the US.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and management reporting activities.
- Prepare statutory financial statements, shareholder reporting and audit requirements.
- Provide technical accounting expertise, commercial insights and financial support to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to finance projects, process improvements and broader business initiatives.

About You





- CA or CPA qualified with post-qualification experience across professional services and commercial environments.
- Strong technical accounting capability, including financial reporting, consolidations, statutory reporting and audit processes.
- A confident communicator able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Quick to learn new systems and processes, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Collaborative, accountable and willing to support others.
- Property industry experience will be highly regarded.
