We’re looking for a Site Manager or Junior Site Manager with experience delivering projects valued from $500,000 to $5 million, who enjoys turning a programme and a set of drawings into a well-run site.

The business

You’ll be joining a construction and project management business whose work includes commercial fit-outs, refurbishments and broader construction projects. Its client base spans government, private businesses and education, giving the business experience across different building environments and client requirements.

The company places emphasis on working closely with its subcontractors and maintaining long-term client and trade relationships. For this appointment, the focus is Brisbane commercial fit-out: bringing the trades, programme and finish together through clear day-to-day site coordination.

Your role

You’ll work with the project team to organise site activity, keep work progressing and deal with the practical issues that arise during delivery. The role covers:

- Coordinating subcontractors and the sequence of fit-out works against the construction programme.




- Monitoring workmanship and progress, and raising issues that could affect delivery.
- Working through drawings, specifications and site queries with the project team.
- Maintaining site records, communicating constraints and coordinating safety requirements.
- Following through on defects and handover activities.
