About the Role - Service Delivery Manager

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of disability supports across multiple services. You'll work closely with Team Leaders, Support Workers, participants and families to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with Rocket Care's values.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

Your Mission

- Lead and mentor Team Leaders and Support Workers across multiple services.

- Ensure high-quality, participant-focused service delivery aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.

- Build positive relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators and stakeholders.

- Oversee participant onboarding, transitions and service reviews.

- Monitor service quality, compliance and incident management.

- Support workforce planning, rostering and operational performance.

- Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing teams.

- Manage performance, provide regular feedback and support professional development.

- Ensure documentation, reporting and records are accurate and compliant.

- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of service delivery.

Mission Requirements





You'll be an experienced leader who enjoys balancing people leadership with service excellence.

- Previous leadership experience within the NDIS, disability, community or health sector.

- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators and safeguarding requirements.

- Experience managing SIL and/or complex support services.

- Excellent leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Confidence making decisions in dynamic environments.

- A genuine commitment to person-centred supports and positive team culture.

About the Role - Team Leader (SIL)

Your Mission

- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to staff

- Oversee service delivery and participant wellbeing

- Ensure documentation, progress notes, and compliance requirements are met

- Support rostering, shift coverage, and staff performance

- Liaise with families, allied health, and internal leaders

Mission Requirements

- Experience in SIL or disability services (leadership experience preferred)

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Cert IV (or higher) in Disability or Community Services (highly regarded)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, Driver's Licence
