Maple Youth Services in Sydney seeks a Therapeutic Supervisor to lead practice standards and supervise TCWs across 36 IPA homes. Travel between homes is frequent, with initial office-based learning before a hybrid mode (3 days in office, 2 from home).
You will oversee safeguarding, complex trauma work with children and young people, and maintain reporting duties, dashboards, and cohort wellbeing surveys. A relevant degree and NSW Working With Children check are required.
