Clinical Nurse Consultant – Emergency Department | Wyong

An exciting chance is available for an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join the Emergency Department in Wyong .

About The Role

In this senior clinical role, you will provide expert nursing advice, clinical leadership and support to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to promote best-practice emergency nursing, support clinical decision-making and contribute to service improvement.

About You

- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience,



with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field of Emergency Nursing and approved postgraduate nursing/midwifery qualifications relevant to the specialty field of Emergency Nursing or other such qualifications or experience deemed appropriate and hold a current NSW Drivers licence.
- Demonstrated experience utilising knowledge and advanced nursing skills in the assessment, care planning and provision of safe clinical care for patients with needs related to Emergency nursing.
- Relevant emergency nursing experience

Strong clinical leadership and communication skills
