The Benevolent Society is hiring a Mental Health Support Worker for rural youth across Western NSW, based in Mudgee with travel to Wiradjuri lands, Orange or Parkes. This full time contract to 30 June 2027 offers practical, recovery-focused support, case management and group programs.

You’ll work with 12-25 year olds, delivering assessments, recovery planning, outreach and collaboration with schools and health services, with hybrid work options and generous salary packaging.
