An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Salesforce Development Leads to join a high-performing multidisciplinary delivery team supporting the design, development and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role will provide technical leadership across Salesforce development activities within a complex ICT environment, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with architectural standards and business requirements. The position offers hybrid working arrangements across ACT, NSW and VIC on an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option .

The successful Salesforce Development Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Providing technical leadership and oversight of Salesforce development activities across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Designing, developing and implementing robust Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Omniscripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, UI/UX specialists and development teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.




- Supporting deployments across all environments, including Production, and contributing to CI/CD, DevOps and test automation practices.
- Actively participating in Agile delivery activities including daily scrum ceremonies.

The successful Salesforce Development Lead will have experience in the following:

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform technologies including Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio.
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
- Proficiency with source control tools such as GitLab, package-based development and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I & II, OmniStudio Developer/Consultant or Salesforce Architecture certifications will be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building team capability and influencing development practices.
