My Guardian in Sydney Olympic Park is seeking a dynamic clinical leader to direct governance and service delivery across aged care and disability portfolios. This full time, on-site role requires strategic oversight of clinical teams and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

You will drive governance, ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards, mentor staff, manage budgets, and build strong partnerships with clients, families and regulators.
