Key responsibilities
- In this rewarding role, you will provide expert clinical leadership and specialist mental health care to older consumers across a range of settings, including their homes and residential aged care facilities.
- Working closely with consumers, families, carers, GPs, aged care providers and community partners, you will play a key role in delivering recovery-oriented, person-centred and culturally responsive care that promotes mental wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
- You will be committed to evidence-based practice, continuous improvement and consumer-centred care, with solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

What you need
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience.
- Approved post graduate nursing qualifications in a field relevant to the specialty field or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the organization.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
