The Cognitive Health Clinic is a specialist psychology practice based in Gregory Hills, South-West Sydney, providing evidence-based assessment and treatment for people experiencing cognitive, psychological, neurological and neurodevelopmental concerns.

We provide compassionate, tailored care and work collaboratively with clients, families and other health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

About the Role

We are expanding our clinical team and are seeking a part-time Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist to provide psychological therapy to a varied client population.

The role will primarily involve individual psychological therapy, with opportunities to work collaboratively with other clinicians and, where appropriate, provide group-based interventions.

Our caseload is diverse and may include clients with neurological, neurodevelopmental and complex mental health presentations, including:

- ADHD

- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

- Dementia and cognitive decline

- Stroke

- Epilepsy

- Sleep disorders

- Acute and complex psychiatric presentations

- Complex trauma

This role may particularly suit a psychologist interested in developing experience with presentations that are not always commonly encountered in traditional private practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist

- Currently registered as a Psychologist , or with Clinical Psychology endorsement , or currently undertaking the Clinical Psychology registrar program





- Experience providing evidence-based psychological therapy across a range of mental health presentations

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- The ability to build rapport with clients and families

- A collaborative approach to working with other health professionals

- An interest in neurological, neurodevelopmental or complex clinical presentations

- Current Working With Children Check, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one prior to commencement

- Current legal right to work in Australia

- Competitive salary: $110,000-$140,000 plus superannuation, pro rata , depending on experience, endorsement status and stage of the Clinical Psychology registrar program (if applicable)
