About Your New Role!
As Club Manager or Assistant Manager , YOU create the culture of the gym. You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure every member feels welcome and supported in their health and fitness journey.
You’re energetic, target-driven, and excited to grow a club from the ground up. You love social media, enjoy being on camera, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
What will your day/week/month look like?
- Welcoming potential and existing members with warmth and enthusiasm
- Leading and motivating a team of employees and contract personal trainers
- Driving sales and achieving KPIs to ensure club success
- Generating new leads through community outreach and social media
- Building a vibrant, high-energy club culture focused on member appreciation
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Promoting the Snap Fitness brand within the local community
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for the fitness industry and changing people’s lives
- A desire to grow and develop within the business
- Outstanding people skills – you’re outgoing and confident
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
- Happy to approach new people and start conversations
- Punctual and reliable
- Available to work until 7pm
Skills that would be advantageous for your application
- Strong social media skills to drive exposure and engagement
- Leadership experience and ability to work with limited supervision
- Management and sales experience
- Confident decision-making abilities
