Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the warehouse and make the most of every square metre of space
- Build and manage a high performing warehouse team, including hiring excellent people
- Champion quality control and work closely with the buying team
- Design and roll out smarter processes that boost efficiency
- Partner with departments and senior management to solve problems and stay aligned on company goals
- Manage customer claims and credits to guarantee total satisfaction
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics with multiple transport partners
About You
- Current driver's and forklift licence
- Experience with big and bulky goods preferred
- Able to lift 25kg and physically fit
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
- Solid knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Positive, professional team player who brings energy to the role
