Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service (VALS) in Preston, VIC is seeking a Principal Managing Lawyer to lead our Wirraway Police and Prison Accountability Practice. The role blends complex litigation with strategic leadership to drive systemic change.

You will oversee a team of lawyers and paralegals, undertake high-level advocacy across civil and criminal matters, and build partnerships with judiciary and Aboriginal community organisations to improve justice outcomes.
