Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking a Level 3 Physiotherapist for Westlake Community Health Service, Toronto NSW. This temporary part-time role (18 hours/week) leads outpatient rehab in a multidisciplinary team, with gym-based sessions, home visits and telehealth to support patient-centred goals.

You will work with the Team Leader and allied health colleagues to deliver individualized programs, coordinate care and contribute to outcomes data for service improvement.
