As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will play a key role in leading service delivery across:

Key responsibilities

- Leading and motivating Food & Beverage teams during service
- Ensuring exceptional guest service standards are delivered consistently
- Managing daily operations, staffing and service flow
- Coaching, training and developing team members
- Maintaining service standards, procedures and brand compliance
- Assisting with rostering, stock control and operational planning
- Working collaboratively with the broader hotel leadership team
- Supporting the achievement of departmental service and financial goals

About you

- Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality in a similar premium environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- A genuine passion for guest service excellence




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to remain calm and effective during busy service periods
- Flexibility to work across varying shifts when required
- A collaborative, team-first approach
- Current Victorian RSA certification
- Full working rights in Australia
- Excellent written and spoken English
