Mercure Sydney Blacktown is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Part Time Commis Chef to join our team of inspired hospitality professionals. You will work mainly on the breakfast shift, preparing & serving food for the hotel buffet breakfast and for our all-day dining menu and Distrikt Cafe.

You will have full ownership of the kitchen during your shift, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality.
