We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring robust technical expertise across hardware, software, cloud technologies and building management systems, with a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to excellence. This role requires a hands on professional who can work independently as well as collaboratively, supporting both internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues across desktops, laptops, servers, network equipment and related IT infrastructure.

Monitor systems, servers and networks regularly to identify and proactively resolve potential issues.

Implement and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, cloud based solutions and networking equipment.

Deliver IT services across related areas, including security cameras, access control systems and Building Management Systems such as Honeywell, JCI and Trident.

Maintain a strong focus on cybersecurity, data storage and data retention practices.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of tasks, incidents, processes and solutions.

Collaborate with cross departmental teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices to support innovation across the business.

Undertake tasks beyond standard responsibilities where required and provide support across various areas of the business.

About you

Strong hardware skills,



including desktop computers, laptops, servers, Synology NAS and Ubiquiti equipment.

Strong software skills, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server and Adobe Suite.

Experience or familiarity with cloud based technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure and AI technologies.

Strong awareness of cybersecurity, data storage and data retention requirements.

Experience with Building Management Systems, including Honeywell, JCI and Trident.

Robust commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of company information and safeguarding customer intellectual property.

Genuine passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and remain up to date with industry developments.

Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills.

High level of attention to detail with a strong commitment to achieving high quality outcomes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

This is a full-time office-based role: Monday 9am-6pm, Tuesday- Friday 9am- 5:30pm
