We are seeking talented Appian Developers, to deliver intelligent automation solutions leveraging Appian RPA, AI Agentic frameworks, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
- Build and maintain Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, business rules, integrations, and data models.
- Develop and deploy Appian RPA solutions to automate business processes across banking operations.
- Implement AI Agentic solutions to support intelligent decision-making, workflow orchestration, and autonomous business processes.
- Deliver Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for automated extraction, classification, validation, and processing of financial documents.
- Integrate Appian with banking platforms, APIs, core systems, CRM platforms, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts,



and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, governance, security, and performance tuning activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership within Agile delivery teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to Appian best practices and standards.

Banking Domain Experience

- Previous experience delivering solutions within:
- Retail Banking

- Lending & Mortgages

- Regulatory & Compliance
- AML/KYC

Technical Skills

- 2+ years' experience with Appian Development (Developer)
- 2+ years' experience for Appian Designer
- Strong experience with:
- Appian Process Models
- SAIL
- Appian Records
- Appian Integrations
- Appian Data Fabric
- Appian Sites
- Web APIs

Automation & AI

- Hands-on experience with:
- Appian RPA
- OCR technologies
- AI-enabled workflow automation
- AI Agentic frameworks and autonomous AI agents
- Generative AI integration within business processes

Integration Technologies

- REST APIs

- JSON/XML

Desired Certifications
