Job Description

Community Solutions Group in Ringwood, VIC is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner Team Leader to mentor a team of practitioners and ensure NDIs plans are delivered in line with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Practice Lead, you will guide coaching, review plans, monitor performance, and build partnerships with providers and government bodies to achieve the best outcomes for participants.
