Role Description: The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment with a focus on attracting and hiring high quality talent for Business Development Managers (BDM) and other business critical roles.

Partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders; the role requires you to provide expert recruitment advice, market insights and proactive sourcing strategies - whilst driving an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across ANZ, with a key focus on Business Development Managers and sales related roles.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, provide market insights and develop effective talent attraction and recruitment strategies
- Build, maintain and nurture proactive talent pipelines
- Utilise a variety of sourcing channels to identify and engage high quality talent
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including taking job briefs, advertising, sourcing, screening & interviewing through to offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments centres; providing informed recommendations and recruitment expertise




- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition and People teams to support recruitment initiatives, workforce planning activities and business priorities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support and promote employer branding
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and compliance

Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrated experience in internal or agency recruitment managing end to end recruitment across multiple role types and business functions
- Proven success recruiting sales, business development, commercial, corporate or operational positions within a quick paced environment
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability with experience using recruitment platforms.
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines in competitive candidate markets
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand the skills, behaviours and attributes required for success across a variety of roles
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions focused and results driven mindset
