The Austral Hotel in Colac, Victoria is seeking a Chef or qualified cooks for a permanent full time role in a recently renovated hotel that serves over 1200 locals and travelers each week. You will enjoy producing quality food, work in a team with input to menu creativity, and hold food handling and commercial cooking certificates.

The role is based at the Austral Hotel and involves joining a vibrant regional kitchen team.
