Northern Star Resources is seeking a Production Co-Ordinator for our Thunderbox Operations in Western Australia. The role leads the processing operations team to safely and efficiently run the plant, with a FIFO 8 days on, 6 days off roster.
You will train staff, coordinate improvement projects, manage rosters and training, and ensure SOPs and daily performance reporting are maintained to support reliable plant performance and safety outcomes.
