As we continue to secure a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a driven Estimator / Contracts Administrator to join our tight-knit team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between project pricing and contract execution. This is a dynamic, collaborative position balancing office-based administration with active in office client engagement.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Client Liaison: Partnering with key clients during the tendering phase to deeply understand their scope and deliver accurate pricing structures.

Site Appraisals: Meeting clients on-site to conduct audits, verify project footprints, and clarify contract obligations.

Quantity Take-Offs: Accurately reading, interpreting, and estimating material and labour quantities straight from project plans.

Contract Administration: Creating comprehensive work orders, managing internal documentation, and maintaining the company Tender Register for management updates.

DOT Contract Management:



Assisting with data entry, material estimation, and claim creation under our ongoing and future Department of Transport (DOT) contracts.

What You Bring

We value a blend of technical capability and strong interpersonal skills. You will be a great fit if you have:

Industry Know-How: A background in civil construction, road infrastructure, or a relevant trade qualification is highly favourable.

Sharp Eye for Detail: Proven ability to read construction drawings and perform accurate quantity take-offs.

Tech Literacy: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access).

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to maintain a highly professional presentation in front of clients.

Mobility: A current, valid Australian driver's licence is essential.
