Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of a circa $150M apartment development in Melbourne. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and project team, remaining hands-on across programme, procurement, design, commercial matters, subcontractor management and client relationships.
This senior role requires demonstrated leadership, a hands-on approach to delivery, and the ability to drive milestones with a focus on quality, safety and client
