Equiem is seeking a senior product designer who already embeds AI into their workflow and can scale design across four squads: Engage, Operate, Platform and Data Intelligence. You will prototype near code, influence governance of the design system, and deliver self-serve AI workflows to guide engineers and PMs.
The role is designed as a three-day-a-week senior position with a documentation-first cadence and hands-on collaboration with engineers.
