Capstone Recruitment is seeking a Development/Project Manager to lead greenfield development projects in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. You will coordinate external PMs, architects and consultants to drive program, budget and quality outcomes under senior leadership.
You will support due diligence, assess highest and best use, participate in land acquisition activities and oversee design through to construction with a solid focus on delivery and stakeholder communication.
