Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is seeking a Senior Consultant, Future Workforce Design to translate strategic priorities into practical workforce plans. Based in Geelong with hybrid working, you’ll partner with business leaders to shape how work evolves as technology changes.

The role focuses on workforce forecasting, capability planning, scenario analysis and transition actions using build, buy, borrow, redeploy, redesign and automate.
