Prime Pace Properties is a growing, independently owned full-service real estate agency based in Canberra, operating across Buyer's Agency, Property Sales, and Property Management.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven, community-connected people to join us as Contract Property Sales Consultants across Canberra's suburbs. This is a genuine business partnership — you own your suburb, you build your pipeline, and you set the ceiling on your own earnings.

Experience in real estate or sales is preferred and will be highly regarded. However, if you have strong local connections, the hunger to succeed, and the resilience that sales demands — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Prospecting within your assigned suburb through door knocking, cold calling, and community engagement
- Building genuine relationships with homeowners, investors, and potential vendors
- Booking and conducting property appraisals alongside our Principal
- Running open homes and managing buyer enquiries
- Growing your presence as the go-to property professional in your local area

Who We're Looking For

- Experience in real estate, property, or sales preferred — but not a dealbreaker if you have the right mindset
- Strong local community connections in your target suburb — you know the streets and the people
- Holds an ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, or is actively working toward one
- Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting, cold calling, and building conversations from scratch
- Resilient and self-directed — you understand that commission-based sales rewards consistency over time, not overnight wins
- Entrepreneurial — you want to build something in your local market, not just work a job
- Holds a valid driver's licence and has reliable transport for property inspections and open homes
- Sound knowledge of Canberra's suburbs and local property market, or a genuine drive to develop it rapid
