The Opportunity
As aCrypto Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, building solid relationships, understanding their interests and goals, and guiding them through our cryptocurrency and digital-asset offering. This is a phone-based sales role combining warm lead follow-up with proactive outbound calling. You'll have access to a consistent flow of leads while also being expected to generate opportunities through outbound activity.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Following up withwarm leadswho have expressed interest in cryptocurrency and digital assets
- Conducting high-volumeoutbound callsto prospective clients
- Engaging prospects through professional and confident phone conversations
- Understanding client needs, interests and objectives through effective questioning
- Building rapport and developing strong client relationships
- Clearly explaining our crypto products, services and value proposition
- Converting qualified prospects into new clients
- Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate records of client interactions

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for driven sales professionals who are confident on the phone and motivated by results.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, telesales, B2C sales or business development
- A proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Confidence making high-volume outbound calls
- Excellent communication, rapport-building and objection-handling skills
- The ability to convert warm leads into clients
- High energy, resilience and a strong work ethic
- A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets and financial markets
- A willingness to learn and develop your product and sales knowledge
