Middy’s Electrical is seeking a Regional General Manager for VIC4, Melbourne’s northern and western growth corridors. Reporting to the COO, you will lead a network of branches, drive sales growth, profitability and customer engagement while shaping leadership capability across the region.
You will spend significant time in branches coaching leaders, developing teams and identifying opportunities to improve performance, balancing commercial outcomes with solid leadership and accountability.
