The Role
- Follow up quotations and help convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Assist with invoicing, account queries and general accounts administration
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Follow up inbound email and website sales enquiries by phone
- Process customer orders and ensure details are entered accurately
- Follow up existing orders and keep customers updated on progress
- Provide general office,
customer service and administration support as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or office administration
- Experience processing customer orders and following up enquiries
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable proactively calling customers to follow up quotes and enquiries
- Strong administration skills with good attention to detail
- Basic accounts experience including invoicing or accounts support
- Reliable, organised and able to manage several priorities throughout the day
