We are part of the Virgin group of companies worldwide and launched our Australian business in 2008 with one club, five studios and a dedicated team of just 50 people. Today, we have a team of nearly 1,000 people and we’re building a collection of iconic locations in Sydney and Melbourne.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the club experience. You’ll:

Clean and sanitise changerooms, toilets, showers, studios, gym floors, shared spaces and pool surrounds where applicable

Sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe down and spot-clean surfaces and equipment throughout your shift

Complete scheduled cleaning, deep-cleaning and reset routines to a consistently high standard

Respond quickly and safely to spills, mess and hygiene or presentation issues

Reset studios and shared spaces between sessions so everything is ready and on time

Use approved chemicals, equipment and PPE safely, following all procedures and training

Work with teams across the club to keep the member journey seamless

You’re all about the details. You notice what others miss, take pride in making spaces shine and don’t wait to be asked.

You have more than one year of experience in cleaning, housekeeping or keeping busy spaces looking their best

You’re flexible. Early starts, evenings and weekends don’t faze you

You bring great energy. You show up, get stuck in and can be counted on to follow through

You’re a self-starter who’s just as happy owning your tasks as you are jumping in to help the team

You’re open and easy to work with. You communicate clearly, take feedback on board and keep your cool when the club gets busy

You care about people. You work safely, treat everyone with respect and help make the club feel welcoming for every member
