Office located within the CBD | Join a busy environment with variety in your role Attractive hourly rate | Join a leading national business Commence ASAP | Great opportunity to upskill with a collections role Position Description Reporting to the Project Finance Administrator, the role will include but not be limited to: Assist in collating the invoices Sending reminders to clients Basic invoices Reconciliations of shared services inputs Consolidate incorrect / unallocated remittances Weekly and monthly reporting to the Project Finance Administrator Assist in spreadsheet checks and finalising Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / collections role, as well as the following attributes: High level time management skills the ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High level numeracy and reconciliation skills Strong organisation and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a high volume and rapid paced setting The Organisation Our client is a well-established global consultancy specialising in the delivery of major infrastructure,
