Equipment Placement is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Diesel Motor Mechanic to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- General servicing and maintenance of vehicles and equipments.
- Carry out all repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Document work completed on each repair order to ensure accurate information transfer
- Rectification of different types of diesel vehicle mechanical, electrical, electronic systems after accident repair.
- Rebuilding/Replacement of Diesel Engines, Transmissions and Fuel Systems
- Remove,



replace and refit associated electrical and electronic systems
- Diagnose and service mechanical faults
- Demonstrating and maintaining clean workshop practices in your day-to-day role and ensuring that these practices meet the high standards held by the workshop team
- Maintain protected working conditions and practices
- Working efficiently and accurately and in line with company policy and procedure.

Skills & Experience

- Relevant trade qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to adhere to WH&S; regulations always and be safety conscious in all aspects of your work
- Ability to work as a team player and work unsupervised
- Service and diagnostic experience
