Grand Hyatt Melbourne is seeking a proactive Shift Engineer to join our Engineering team in Melbourne. This hands-on role supports the smooth operation of building systems and facilities, ensuring high service standards across hotel departments.

You will maintain boilers, chillers, AHU systems and related plant, work across shifts (including weekends and nights) and collaborate with a large team. Unrestricted Australian Working Rights are required.
