Hope Estate is a family-owned business nestled in Pokolbin, at the heart of the Hunter Valley. We boast a multi-award-winning Brewery, established Winery, and burgeoning Distillery, crafting a diverse range of Beer, Wine, Cider, and Spirits across several portfolios. Our Pokolbin venue features a cellar door offering 30 beers and ciders on-tap, while our events span from Weddings and Corporate Events to Festivals and Concerts. Additionally, we have Nioka Steakhouse, Newcastle's Premium Steakhouse and Tower Lodge, a 14-suite luxury lodge, with an on-site restaurant and Whiskey Distillery, catering to the high-end accommodation sector. And ... we also raise our own Beef cattle!

We're searching for a talented Content Creator who can capture the essence of our brands then show the world what we do, and why they need to experience it! This is your chance to put your storytelling skills to work, knowing exactly when and where each part of our business should be seen so our message reaches the right people at the right time. We need an intuitive team player who loves connecting with our customers face-to-face and is ready to bring creativity, passion, and savvy to set our products apart from the rest!





This is a full-time position based at our venue in Pokolbin.In this role you will use your photography and videography and caption writring expertise to:

Work with the team to enhance our current marketing strategies and develop ideas for engaging both new and existing customers

Provide content for our digital and social media platforms, websites and print material

Update and create promotional content for all our venues which includes luxury accommodation, restaurants, beer, wine, spirits, beef, festivals & concerts

Promote the business at consumer and customer level

Youwill also have:

Compentency and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro and Lightroom)

Familiarity and understanding of visual elements (e.g. hierarchy, layout)

The ability to operate autonomously, as well as within adynamic team workplace

Sound organisation and time management skills with anunderstanding that prioritising and meeting deadlines are crucial

Previous experience with social media platforms (FaceBook, Instagram and Meta Advertising)

The understanding that this positionwill involve some weekend work across concerts, events, trade and consumer shows as well as restaurant and cellar door activations

Your own equipment and reliable transport

The remuneration package is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
